There are so far, 7331 doubled ballots. I'm still calculating the number of ballots missing from the count and added to the recount.

Look at these scanned ballots. If these were really scanned in a different batch at a different time, the offsets and rotation would be random. These (and the rest of the batch) have exact same offsets and rotations which suggests they were scanned once and recounted. It is called a called a duplicated configuration.
Observe these three sequential ballots, each double-scanned, from a certain county. They placed 260 ballots in a scanner and fed them into a ballot reader.
